I have a full time job, mother of a toddler and write a blog the only way I handle everything is because I eat healthy and actually follow a healthy lifestyle. I am on Keto for over 4 months now and feel amazing on it. I like to find easy ways of following this lifestyle. My recipes are mostly with less prep time and super simple. There was actually a time when I hated cooking only coz of prep time and the whole standing and cooking aspect of it. Now I can proudly say I like cooking but only healthy recipes. 

Keto Pasta with Tofu Noodles.
This dish just hits the spot, is low carb and super easy. I timed myself and was ready in 20 minutes. Not much of a prep time needed. 
1. Drain the noodles and wash with fresh cold water. 












2. Boil them and drain again.











3. Keep them on a clean kitchen towel.




























4. Dry them and place them on a hot pan to dry more for 5 mins.



5. Keep the noodles aside.













6. In a pan take some butter and add minced garlic, onion and Green peppers.













7. Cook for 5 mins and add Keto Alfredo Sauce and black pepper.












8. Add cooked chicken breasts and noodles.














9. Cook for 5 mins and your pasta is ready.
